White Tiger Qigong
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice of movement and breathing exercises created 5000 years ago. White Tiger Qigong are Taoist Qigong exercises that harmonise the body, breath and mind. It combines the meridians or else pathways in our body where the Qi and blood flows, the 5 elements from the Classical Chinese theory: Fire, Earth, Water, Wood and Metal, the fascia and anatomy of the body.
In the class you will practice the Meridian Qigong that combines slow paced movements linked together with the breath and learn one of the 5 Animals Qigong forms from the ancient Taoist Medical Qigong training system. The Qigong form will be linked to an animal and its spirit, to improve organ health and develop balance, strength, mobility, control, elasticity and emotional transformation.
The teacher, Stella aka QigongStar, is a White Tiger Qigong Certified Instructor and Student taught by White Tiger's Master Instructor and founder Tevia Feng who has been trained Qigong in China by renowned Qigong teachers from the temples and teaches students from around the world
